REFUNDS & RETURNS

  • Refunds will be given if item/s are received and are faulty or damaged and are returned within 14 days of receiving your item, with all tags attached and copy of receipt. 
  • Refunds will not be given if customer has a change of mind, but exchange, or refund will be given if sizing is wrong and is returned within 14 days of receiving the item, item must be undamaged and all tags attached if items are received otherwise they will be returned.
    Please email if you wish to return a faulty or wrong size item and we will provide you with the return details.
  • Please attach a copy of your original receipt and a note stating the damage of your item/s and or wrong sizing and if you'd like a store full refund or exchange.
  • Unfortunately, we do not cover return postage costs for your item but will definitely cover the costs if you have another item coming your way.

 

FAULTY ITEM'S

We apologise if your item has gotten to you and its not quite right! If for some reason your item/s are faulty or damaged once received please email millie.rae@hotmail.com, where possible we will offer to repair faulty items, if item can not be repaired and customer does not want another item a full refund or credit will be offered.

 

PRIVACY 

We collect information from you when you create an account on our site, place an order, communicate with us directly (by email, social media, telephone or any other means) including, but not limited to e-mail address, mailing address, gender, phone number and credit card information.
Millie Rae are committed to ensuring that all personal information is only collected, disclosed, used and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the industry’s best practices.

 

ALTERATIONS/MODIFICATIONS

All Millie Rae item/s are made to order, which means that any SLIGHT alterations/modifications that you wish to be made to your item/s can be done via our email at millie.rae@hotmail.com.

 

BUSINESS HOURS/EMAILS

Business hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through to Friday, excluding New South Wales public holidays. Emails/enquiries sent outside of these hours will not be addressed until the following business days, this also applies to any orders made outside these hours or on weekends. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
